1) Make your choice from the entire range of Wolky and Cloud9 models or insoles.
2) Select the size and color and click on the 'order' button. 'Coming soon' products can also be reserved via the same method. Click the 'Reserve' button and the selected product will be placed in your shopping cart.
3) On the next page you will see an overview of the articles that you would like to order/reserve. If you wish you can remove any of the products from your shopping cart by clicking the red cross. If you want to keep on shopping click on the 'continue shopping' button. During shopping you can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the yellow 'shopping cart' button on the top right side of the page.
4) If you have a promotional code you can click on “click here to enter your code”.
5) Enter your email address and your zip code and click on continue.
6) Enter the rest of your contact information. If you want your order to be shipped to a different address you can check the box next to “Ship to a different address” and enter the address here.
7) Now choose your payment method. You can pay after delivery, you can pay directly by card or you can choose to pay via PayPal. The site will tell you which options are available. If you choose to pay by card, please enter your card number, date of expirement and CVC number.
8) Click on “Place Order” or on “Proceed to Paypal” if you have chosen the option to pay via PayPal.
9) If you have chosen the option to pay after delivery, your order is now placed. You can now still choose to pay directly by card. If you choose the option to pay by card, your order is now placed. If you choose the option to pay via PayPal, you will be send to PayPal to proceed as usual.
10) You will also receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. If you have chosen to pay after delivery (14 days grace), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna with your card or with a bank transfer. Please note, that the option to pay with an invoice is currently only available for US customers.
11) Once your order has been packed and sent for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have selected 'pick up in store', you will receive a call on your specified phone number when your order is ready to be collected.
